Terms of service

The service
TeamCalendar.pro ("the service") is provided by [FILL: legal entity]. It lets leagues and teams manage rosters, schedules, scores and messages. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Who can use it
Anyone can use TeamCalendar.pro: players of any age, the people who follow them, coaches, team leads and league staff. There is no chat, nothing users post for others to see, and no sharing to or from social media.
- In the TeamCalendar Player app you are either the player or someone following one or more players.
- Players appear on rosters by the name and number a coach or league enters, and in the app by first name and last initial.

Accounts
- You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure: anything done from your account is your responsibility.
- Personal access tokens for AI assistants act as you. Revoke a token you no longer use.
Your responsibilities as a coach or league staff
- Only add people who agreed to hear from your team. When you add a mobile number, you confirm that person agreed to receive team texts.
- Add only the player information the roster needs.
- Use group messages for team business. No advertising, fundraising for unrelated causes, or messages to people outside your team.
Scores
Scores are recorded by people at the game and approved by coaches. We show how each score was decided, but we don't guarantee any result is correct, and we're not responsible for decisions a league makes based on them.
Plans and payment
- Leagues and teams are free in the TeamCalendar Manager app. The only paid product is the Family plan in the TeamCalendar Player app: $5 a month or $25 a year, tracking up to 10 players in one family on every team and in every league.
- The Family plan may be shared with your family group through Apple's Family Sharing or Google Play Family Library.
- The Family plan is bought with the TeamCalendar Player app in the App Store or Google Play, monthly or yearly as you choose there, and managed there under their terms. There are no in-app purchases.
- Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), under their terms. Refunds are requested from them. [FILL: taxes.]
- Every team's group messages are limited and may not be used for bulk messaging.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to harass anyone, send spam, collect other people's information, or get around its limits or security. We may suspend accounts or teams that do.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms. [FILL: what happens to data after termination.]
