TeamCalendar.pro helps leagues and teams run their schedules, rosters, scores and messages. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. "We" means [FILL: legal entity name and address].
Who uses TeamCalendar.pro
Anyone can use TeamCalendar.pro: league staff, coaches, players of any age, and the people who follow them. There's no chat, nothing users post for others to see, and no social media. We collect only what the service needs: a player's name, number and birth month on the roster, and, in the Player app, the contact details someone chooses to give for notifications. What we collect
About you, when you sign in
- Your name and email address from your Google account. We never see your Google password.
- Your mobile number, if a coach adds it or you add it yourself.
About players
Coaches add players by a display name (we suggest a first name and last initial) and an optional jersey number. We collect only the birth month, never the full date of birth, and no photo, address, school or medical information.
About teams and games
- League and team names, practice and game times and places.
- Scorecards: the score someone recorded, who recorded it, and when.
- Messages a coach sends to families, and whether each one was delivered.
Payments
Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) process all payments for the Family plan. We receive your plan's status, not your payment details. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To run the service: show schedules, deliver messages, combine scorecards into results, and keep your calendar up to date.
- To keep the service safe, including the limits that stop group messaging from being misused.
- To answer you when you contact support.
We don't sell personal information. We don't show ads. We don't use player information for anything except your team's roster.
Text messages
Coaches send text alerts about big changes, such as a game moved or cancelled, from one TeamCalendar.pro number. Message frequency varies by team. Each team can send up to 5 text alerts a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop all texts, START to resume, and HELP for help. Texts are one-way: replies are not forwarded to anyone. Mobile numbers are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Who can see what
- Every league is separate. Nobody in one league can see another league's people or data.
- Coaches see their team's roster and its contacts. Parents and guardians see the schedule, results, and players' names and numbers, but not other families' contact details.
- When two leagues play each other, only the game itself is shared: team names, time, place, scores and approvals. Never rosters or contacts.
- With your permission, the Player app writes games into the calendar on your phone. That calendar stays on your phone and with your calendar provider; we never read your other events.
Service providers
We use providers to host the service, send email and texts, and take payments, including Apple and Google. They act on our instructions. [FILL: list of providers and where data is stored.]
Keeping and deleting data
