Questions

Does the league or the team pay anything?

No. Leagues, teams and coaches use the TeamCalendar Manager app for free. The only thing anyone pays for is the Family plan in the TeamCalendar Player app.

My children are on different teams, in different leagues. Do I pay more?

No. One Family plan is $5 a month or $25 a year, and it tracks up to 10 players in your family, on every team, in every league.

Does my partner need their own plan?

No. You pay once for the whole family. Share the Family plan with the rest of your family through Family Sharing on iPhone and iPad, or Google Play Family Library on Android, and everyone in your family group gets the Player app with the plan.

How do I buy it?

Get the TeamCalendar Player app from the App Store or Google Play: buying it is buying the Family plan, so it's paid for before you install it. You choose monthly or yearly when you buy, and manage it in your App Store or Google Play account.

Do coaches need the Family plan?

No. Coaches and league staff use the Manager app for free. A coach who is also a parent gets the Family plan for their own family.

Can players use the app themselves?

Yes, at any age. In the Player app you're either the player or you follow one or more players. There's no chat, nothing anyone posts, and no social media, so it's just schedules, scores and news from the team.

We're an adult league. Do players sign up themselves?

Yes. In an adult or after-work league, like a Thursday-night softball league, each player is invited and registers themselves in the Player app. The league is free for the organizer and the teams; each player gets the Family plan for $5 a month or $25 a year, which covers their family too if anyone else plays.

Is TeamCalendar.pro the same as TeamCalendar.com?

They're sister products with separate accounts and billing. TeamCalendar.com puts professional sports on your calendar. TeamCalendar.pro runs your own leagues and teams.
